COOKIES POLICY

1. The online store does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies.
2. Cookie files (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Customer’s end device and are intended for using the Online Store’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the storage time on the end device and a unique number.
3. The entity that places cookies on the Customer’s end device and obtains access to them is the Seller in accordance with the Regulations of the Online Store.
4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
   • adjusting the content of the Online Store pages to the Customer’s preferences and optimizing the use of websites; in particular, these files allow to recognize the Customer’s device and properly display the website, tailored to his individual needs;
   • creating statistics that help to understand how customers use websites, which allows improving their structure and content;
   • maintaining the Customer’s session in order to enable the return to the contents of the basket.
5. The following types of cookies are used in the Online Store:
   • session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the Customer’s end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). “Persistent” cookies are stored on the Customer’s end device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted by the Customer;
   • “necessary” cookies, enabling the use of services available as part of the Online Store, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication in the Online Store;
   • cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication within the Online Store;
   • “performance” cookies, enabling the collection of information on the use of the websites of the Online Store;
   • “functional” cookies, enabling “remembering” the settings selected by the Customer and personalization of the Customer interface, e.g. in terms of the language or region the Customer comes from, font size, website appearance, etc .;
   • “advertising” cookies, enabling the delivery of advertising content to customers more tailored to their interests.
6. In many cases, the software used for browsing websites (web browser) allows cookies to be stored on the customer’s end device by default. Customers can change their cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform about their every posting in the Customer’s device. Detailed information on the possibilities and methods of handling cookies is available in the software (web browser) settings.
7. The Seller informs that restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available in the Online Store.

POLITYKA COOKIES

1. Sklep internetowy nie zbiera w sposób automatyczny żadnych informacji, z wyjątkiem informacji zawartych w plikach cookies.
2. Pliki cookies (tzw. “ciasteczka”) stanowią dane informatyczne, w szczególności pliki tekstowe, które przechowywane są w urządzeniu końcowym Klienta i przeznaczone są do korzystania ze stron Sklepu internetowego. Cookies zazwyczaj zawierają nazwę strony internetowej z której pochodzą, czas przechowywania ich na urządzeniu końcowym oraz unikalny numer.
3. Podmiotem zamieszczającym na urządzeniu końcowym Klienta pliki cookies oraz uzyskującym do nich dostęp jest Sprzedawca w myśl regulaminu Sklepu internetowego.
4. Pliki cookies wykorzystywane są w celu:
   •  dostosowania zawartości stron Sklepu internetowego do preferencji Klienta oraz optymalizacji korzystania ze stron internetowych; w szczególności pliki te pozwalają rozpoznać urządzenie Klienta i odpowiednio wyświetlić stronę internetową, dostosowaną do jego indywidualnych potrzeb;
   • tworzenia statystyk, które pomagają zrozumieć, w jaki sposób Klienci korzystają ze stron internetowych, co umożliwia ulepszanie ich struktury i zawartości;
   • utrzymanie sesji Klienta w celu umożliwienia powrotu do zawartości koszyka.
5. W ramach Sklepu internetowego stosowane są następujące rodzaje plików cookies:
   • “sesyjne” (session cookies) oraz “stałe” (persistent cookies). Cookies “sesyjne” są plikami tymczasowymi, które przechowywane są w urządzeniu końcowym Klienta do czasu wylogowania, opuszczenia strony internetowej lub wyłączenia oprogramowania (przeglądarki internetowej). “Stałe” pliki cookies przechowywane są w urządzeniu końcowym Klienta przez czas określony w parametrach plików cookies lub do czasu ich usunięcia przez Klienta;
   • “niezbędne” pliki cookies, umożliwiające korzystanie z usług dostępnych w ramach Sklepu internetowego, np. uwierzytelniające pliki cookies wykorzystywane do usług wymagających uwierzytelniania w ramach Sklepu internetowego;
   • pliki cookies służące do zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa, np. wykorzystywane do wykrywania nadużyć w zakresie uwierzytelniania w ramach Sklepu internetowego;
   • “wydajnościowe” pliki cookies, umożliwiające zbieranie informacji o sposobie korzystania ze stron internetowych Sklepu internetowego;
   • “funkcjonalne” pliki cookies, umożliwiające “zapamiętanie” wybranych przez Klienta ustawień i personalizację interfejsu Klienta, np. w zakresie wybranego języka lub regionu, z którego pochodzi Klient, rozmiaru czcionki, wyglądu strony internetowej itp.;
   • “reklamowe” pliki cookies, umożliwiające dostarczanie Klientom treści reklamowych bardziej dostosowanych do ich zainteresowań.
6. W wielu przypadkach oprogramowanie służące do przeglądania stron internetowych (przeglądarka internetowa) domyślnie dopuszcza przechowywanie plików cookies w urządzeniu końcowym Klienta. Klienci mogą dokonać w każdym czasie zmiany ustawień dotyczących plików cookies. Ustawienia te mogą zostać zmienione w szczególności w taki sposób, aby blokować automatyczną obsługę plików cookies w ustawieniach przeglądarki internetowej bądź informować o ich każdorazowym zamieszczeniu w urządzeniu Klienta. 7. Sprzedawca informuje, że ograniczenia stosowania plików cookies mogą wpłynąć na niektóre funkcjonalności dostępne w Sklepie internetowym.
